A work exploring the interior world of another person, knowing it is never possible to truly know them. The central theme is vulnerability — peeling back layers to reveal what lies beneath. A grapefruit placed on a podium, slowly peeled to expose the skin beneath. Part of an ongoing series exploring organic forms of flesh, using fruit as reference to create visceral, fleshy textures juxtaposed with human skin.
